‘The Price Is Right’: ‘I Think We’ll Go All The Way’ for Bose Radio’s New Show in 2019

WBBM Radio is going all-in on the music industry.
It’s been a busy few years for the station’s lineup, and it has now signed a deal with Bose to be the official music network for the 2020-21 season.
This marks the first time the station has partnered with an individual artist on its new show.
“It’s the perfect marriage,” says WBBN host and WBBS co-founder Brian Miller.
“We’re bringing music to life, and we’re going to be there for our listeners and listeners of all genres.”
The station has already announced a slew of other partnerships, including signing the first-ever record deal with the country-music legends The Allman Brothers Band, which is scheduled to debut on the show in 2019.
Bose is also getting into the streaming game with the launch of its own streaming service, which includes a Bose app for iOS and Android.
“I think it’s going to change the way we interact with music,” Miller says.”WBBN Radio is an important partner to us,” says Bose CEO Tim Buehler.
“It’s a way for us to bring our customers the music they want and want to hear, in a way that’s consistent with our mission to be a leading brand in the music space.”
The WBBB is also adding a new podcast, the WBBZ podcast, which will be available on the station for the first half of 2019.
It will be followed by a live, all-new series called WBBW on WBBFM Radio in the spring.
Bose’s music is the foundation of the WBSN, which Miller and Buehl hope will be the flagship station for their brand.
“With the growth of Spotify, it’s become very easy for people to hear everything from a variety of artists that they love,” Miller explains.
“And with the rise of all-digital listening, that’s a very easy way to get a lot of the music that’s been made.”
